2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for BizGrowth consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility requires:

  • Written request submitted within 30 days of service completion
  • Documented evidence that services did not meet agreed-upon deliverables
  • Proof that the client fully participated in the engagement as outlined
  • No project-based work completed if requesting partial refund

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction
  3. Include any relevant documentation or communication
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partially completed engagements where client initiated termination
  • Services already delivered and strategies implemented
  • Travel expenses and external costs incurred
  • Retainer fees for ongoing advisory relationships

5. Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellations requested before service commencement will receive a full refund. Cancellations after work has begun are subject to a pro-rata refund based on completed work.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to work through our dispute resolution process. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues before escalating to formal procedures.
